Sunday, 22 August, saw Lodge Commonwealth return to the Griffin Centre in support of the Feeding the Needy community project. W Bro Robert Guth, our Senior Warden, once again elected to prepare the meals at his home and transport the same, with only minutes to spare, to the Griffin Centre.
On Sunday, June 27, Lodge Commonwealth again participated in one of the District's coordinated community activities - Feeding the Needy. This activity is not only a worthy service to our local community, but one in which Masons can attend and practice our principles without having to be concerned with the overall management of the project.
On Sunday, the 2nd of May, Lodge Commonwealth facilitated one of the District's regular community services - Feeding the Needy. W Bro. Robert Guth, our SW, again excelled by preparing the meals at his home and transporting the same to the Griffin Centre to be met by a small but enthusiastic number of assistants.
On Sunday, March 7, amid overcast skies and intermittent light to heavy showers, Commonwealth again facilitated one of the District's regular community services - Feeding the Needy. W Bro. Robert Guth, our SW, prepared the meals at his home throughout the afternoon and transported the same to the Griffin Centre.
On Sunday, January 10, Lodge Commonwealth was scheduled for our first Feeding the Needy for 2010. Our new Senior Warden, W Bro. Robert Guth, who was invested the preceding month at our annual Installation, elected to cook the meals at his home and travel direct to the Griffin Centre.
