Nicholas was Initiated on April 23, Passed to the Second Degree at Lodge of Truth, Braidwood, on Saturday 11 July, and Raised to the Third Degree on November 26. Nicholas' Third Degree ceremony came earlier than expected when the intended candidate advised that he would be unable to attend the meeting due to professional commitments. Nicholas had approximately one week in which to prepare and did an exemplary job.
VW Bro. Irwin Prowse was formerly a member of Lodge Commonwealth of Australia from 1971 through to 1988 and held the office of SW of Lodge Jerrabomberra Daylight in 2009. We welcome Irwin back as a valued member of our Lodge and look to him as a source of knowledge and expertise supplementing our PM ranks.

At January's regular meeting, held on Thursday 28th, which was also the Lodge's first meeting following the annual Installation on December 5, Bro. Nicholas McCaskie was presented with his Master Mason's Certificate and VW Bro. Irwin Prowse was welcomed back to Lodge Commonwealth of Australia as an Affiliate Member.
