Lodge Commonwealth was well represented with nine Brethren participating in this spectacular and memorable event. Grand Lodge, ladies, brethren and children formed up from 2:30pm for the short procession to the site of the CMC shortly after 3pm. Lodge Commonwealth was represented by: RW Bro. John Le Mesurier, RW Bro. Bob Perriman, VW Bro. David Slater, W Bro. Keith Cossart, W Bro. Graeme Moller, W Bro. John Tregellas-Williams, Bro. Roman Cholawinskyj, Bro. Ross Penglase and Bro. On the afternoon of Saturday, 6 June, Masonic history within the ACT was forged when the Grand Master, MW Bro Gregory Levenston, with the assistance of Grand Lodge officers, set the foundation stone of the new Canberra Masonic Centre (CMC), according to ancient tradition.
